Gail Swan joined Wallace Realty in 1996 and has contributed to a great team with her success and production. Gail has been a resident of Salisbury for 14 years. Gail has been in the real estate industry since 1980 having began her career in Connecticutt and moving back to her home state in 1981. She lived in Lexinton, North Carolina and worked for Leonard Craver Realty before moving to Salisbury.

Gail is married to John L Swan and has two grown children, Kim Robinson and Mark Keeling of Nashville, Tennessee. She has two adorable grandchildren, Molly & Miles Robinson.

Gail received her GRI designation in 1983 (only 18% of Realtors in the U. S. have this designation) She has worked full time in the real estate industry since 1980. Gail is a member of the Salisbury ¿ Rowan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Gail was honored with the ¿Realtor of the Year¿ Award in 2002 by the Salisbury/Rowan Association. She has been active with the Association having served on the Board of Directors and as Secretary of the Board in 2000 & 2001. She is currently serving as the President of the Salisbury/Rowan Association of Realtors. She received the Personal Achievement Award presented to her by Wallace Realty in 1997 and again in 2003. Gail, as President of the local board, serves as a director for the North Carolina Association of Realtors.
